Hi, My name is Stephanie Hadwin.  I am a long time stylist  and I love this industry.  I have seen trends come and go and have loved educating other stylists- it's a true passion of mine.  What really sparked an interest in hair replacement was my own experience with hair loss.  As one who deals with loosing her hair I knew that I wasn't alone and that I really wanted to learn more about it.  I took multiple mesh integration courses and was honored to have taken 2 courses including an advanced replacement course with the woman who invented the Meshless system.  Emmy Hassan developed the meshless integration system in 2017 after years of practicing Mesh integration.  She taught me so much about how to look at my services completely different and how to truly customize my approach.  Knowing that this new service is gaining rise with lots of gaps in the education is what inspired me to launch The Restoration Collective.
